Job Description
Facilities Manager position responsible for managing maintenance and repair for plant equipment and facilities in Irvine, PA, Warren, and Corry, PA. Responsibilities include project management, preventive maintenance, and supervision of maintenance team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or electrical) or commensurate experience and education
  • 5–10 years of facility or industrial maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
  • Experience in steel manufacturing, machining, heat treating, or metals production
  • Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, electrical, CADD systems, combustion instrumentation, and plumbing
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Detail oriented and ability to organize and prioritize
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project)
