Role OverviewUnder the direction of the Association Property and Maintenance Director, this position is responsible for providing and overseeing maintenance and repairs for an assigned region/location of YMCA of Southwest Florida.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and completing repairs to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and devices, general maintenance and repairs, and the supervision of housekeeping staff and custodial team.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Experience in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operation
- Specialized knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Valid Driver's License
- Three (3) years clean motor vehicle record with annual updates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions
- Ability to work with APMD to prioritize maintenance requests
- Ability to supervise and direct a small team
- Knowledge of building construction processes and procedures, equipment, tools, materials, and their application
