Role OverviewThe Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of a multi-building facility. This role oversees facilities maintenance and infrastructure, leads a team of skilled technicians, and manages facility projects, vendors, and improvements.
What You Will Do
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: leading and developing facilities and maintenance personnel, overseeing building, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure maintenance, planning and managing facility improvement and capital projects, and maintaining facility systems and documentation.

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, facilities, maintenance, or a related technical field
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and/or industrial facility systems
- Experience managing maintenance programs and facility projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop skilled trades or maintenance personnel
- Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to develop work instructions, specifications, and technical documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- CAD experience (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) desirable
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
