Facilities Office Lead - San Dimas

The Facilities Office Lead owns the operating experience of the office, including service standards, presentation, and the day-to-day running of the building. This role requires on-site ownership and primary point of contact for the office, with responsibilities including operating model development and maintenance, building systems maintenance and reliability, cleaning and presentation standards, and vendor and service provider management.

What You Will Do

The Facilities Office Lead will ensure all office building systems are maintained and operating reliably and safely, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and manage the office operating budget. This role also involves ensuring cleaning and presentation standards are met, managing vendor and service contracts, and providing daily office services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, Facilities Management or related field
• 5+ years' experience in operations, facilities, hospitality, or office or site management with budget responsibility
• 2+ years' experience with coordinating services, vendors, or internal teams to deliver building operations
• 1+ year of experience in facilities operations or building services exposure
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP)
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industrial or Construction
• PMP or other Project Management Certification
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency across multiple software platforms
