Role OverviewJoin our Facilities & Maintenance team as a skilled Painter, responsible for keeping our guest cottages, common areas, and facilities looking their best. This hands-on role requires experience in commercial painting, specialty finishes, and a strong attention to detail.
What You Will Do
Paint interior and exterior surfaces, prep surfaces, apply specialty finishes, and assist with minor flooring projects. Work closely with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently and with minimal impact on guests.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience (commercial experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of painting tools, materials, and surface prep
- Experience with specialty painting techniques strongly preferred
- Flooring experience a plus (tile, wood, or vinyl)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
