Job Description
The Facilities Project Manager (Hospitality) position at Atrium Hospitality is responsible for leading facilities and maintenance-related projects across the portfolio, including renovations, equipment replacements, and building system upgrades. The role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing facilities, construction, or maintenance-related projects, with a strong knowledge of building systems and engineering principles. Compensation is $120,000- $130,000.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing facilities, construction, or maintenance-related projects
  • Hands-on knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and industry standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus
