Role OverviewThe Facilities Project Manager II will plan and manage the outcomes of renovation and construction projects for Texas Children's, assisting departments in developing estimates and budgets for proposed construction projects.
What You Will Do
Leads project management process through pre-design, funding, design, pricing/purchasing, construction, occupancy, and closeout steps. Develops project scope based on customer needs consistent with the standards and objectives.

Requirements
- Required bachelor's degree
- Required 3 years of experience managing projects in the design and/or construction industries

- Able to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
- Preferred: Experienced in utilizing AutoCAD and related design software
