Job Description
As a Facilities Project Manager at West Shore Home, you will support the daily tasks for lease property tenet build outs, verifying leased building occupancies, researching property permit requirements, managing facility lease termination conditions, ensuring the West Shore Home brand is represented at all locations.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% per year.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in facilities project management and a Bachelor's Degree (in applicable field preferred).
  • Knowledge of commercial real-estate permits, processes, and requirements, and the principles and practices of project management and contract administration.
  • Experience with construction management including developing bid specifications, reading blueprints and evaluation of design and construction projects.
