Job Description
Hyatt Regency Jacksonville is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee capital projects, manage vendors, and prioritize the engineering team's workflow in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of facilities or project management experience, preferably in large-scale hospitality or commercial environments
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
