Job Description
Hyatt Regency Jacksonville seeks a Facilities Project Manager to oversee capital projects, manage vendors and contractors, and prioritize the engineering team's workflow in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage facility-related projects
  • Serve as primary point of contact for vendors and contractors
  • Develop detailed project plans
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with Hyatt brand standards
  • Partner with Director of Engineering and hotel leadership to prioritize projects
  • Coordinate and align Engineering team schedules
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and Hyatt standards
  • Maintain organized documentation for all projects
