Job Description
The Facilities Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage contractor and vendor relationships, and help organize and prioritize the engineering team’s workflow in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of facilities or project management experience, preferably in large-scale hospitality or commercial environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors and contractors across multiple projects
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
