Role Overview

The Facilities Project Manager will oversee projects related to the maintenance and improvement of school facilities. This role requires experience in construction, engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and experience working with contractors and vendors. The Facilities Project Manager will work closely with the Colton Joint Unified School District to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Graduation from high school supplemented by college-level coursework in construction, engineering or related field
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred
  • Five years increasingly responsible experience as a contractor, project manager or equivalent
  • Any combination of training and/or experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may be considered
  • Valid California Class C driver's license
