Job Description
The Facilities Regulatory Compliance Specialist's primary responsibility is to develop, implement, and monitor fire protection and life safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensuring facility compliance with federal, state, and local life safety codes and fire protection standards.
  • System Maintenance: Overseeing the installation, testing, and maintenance of life safety systems, such as fire alarms and sprinkler systems
  • Safety Training: Educating employees, contractors, and visitors on safety policies and emergency protocols.
  • Audits & Inspections: Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
