Role OverviewAs a Facilities Services Senior Director, you'll lead the strategies, programs, and teams that keep our restaurants operating at their best. You'll develop scalable facilities and asset management solutions to drive restaurant readiness, operational excellence, asset reliability, and financial performance across the business.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of experience in facilities services, maintenance operations, or related fields
- Experience leading multi-site operations and maintenance organizations
- Experience developing and executing operational and financial strategies
- Expertise in facilities services, asset management, and lifecycle planning
- Experience managing large budgets, forecasts, and business cases
- Experience leading leaders and developing high-performing teams
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence decisions across diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to adapt to and learn the technology platforms, systems, applications, and equipment used in the role
