Role OverviewResponsible for the maintenance and upkeep of BHFCU buildings and grounds, ensuring safe, functional, and welcoming environments across all properties. The job requires a high degree of building knowledge and the ability to maintain buildings in peak shape. Must have mental concentration to interpret and act upon a wide range of situations. The job requires a high degree of attention to detail.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and non-mechanical systems, operate and maintain heavy equipment, perform routine generator tests and transfers, maintain HVAC systems, perform daily care of grounds, prune trees and shrubs, water plants, and remove weeds, repair and paint fences and outbuildings, replace filters, light bulbs, and perform minor plumbing/electrical repairs.

Requirements
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Lawn maintenance, painting, and general repair skills
- Experience with small equipment (e.g., snow blowers, mowers, mini excavator, skid steer, loader, Toolcat, tractor)
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Siemens Desigo and Honeywell BAS software preferred
