Role OverviewThis job supervises, hires, disciplines, terminates and institutes managerial decisions over hospital Facilities Management staff and mobile clinic maintenance repair staff. This job is responsible for overall maintenance and repair of building systems, central plant and fixed equipment within the utilities management program and for the preventive and corrective maintenance program.
What You Will Do
Develops and maintains annual operations and capital budgets, manages minor construction and renovation projects, and ensures proper execution and documentation of Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance.

Must have 5 maintenance experience, two years supervisory experience in a building construction, maintenance or repair work, mechanically inclined with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating/ventilation/air conditioning/refrigeration (HVAC-R), and computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information.
