Job Description
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations center and other branches, ensuring quality operating conditions, and maximizing building efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in maintenance, repair, or facilities management
  • Supervisory experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of HVAC control software
  • Knowledge of lighting control systems
  • Knowledge of building and safety code compliance, preferred
  • Driver's license, required
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to read, interpret design drawings
  • Strong general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and problem solving skills
