Job Description
The Facilities Assistant will support the Sr. Manager, Facilities in executing day-to-day facility operations across various spaces, including shipping and receiving, and maintenance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College or trade school experience preferred
  • 0–3+ years of experience in an office environment and/or mailroom
  • Ability to lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
