Role OverviewProvide customer service to visitors and employees, maintain parking lots, common areas, and grounds, troubleshoot and conduct maintenance and repairs, and assist with interior general maintenance.
What You Will Do
Assist employees with flat tires, tire changes, battery jumps, and other tasks, maintain parking lots, and perform general pest control.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to work independently with little supervision, work at heights, and climb ladders/lift, and work in all types of weather.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to work outside for long periods of time
- Painting, and basic carpentry
- Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out the duties
- Ability to drive golf cart or ATV in and around heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic areas
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to use a Smart Phone and use company email system
- Must be able to work at least two weekend days per month and some overtime will be required
