Role OverviewEnsures the effective operation of all building systems within a designated cluster of facilities. Coordinates staff and contractor support in order to complete needed maintenance and ensure efficient building operations.
What You Will Do
Monitors building systems performance and issues, repairs and makes adjustments as necessary. Plans and schedules preventative maintenance. Supervises multiple vendors for maintenance and systems projects.

Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalency
- At least five (5) years of related work experience
- License in a skilled trade (E.g. Mandatory Electrician, Plumber, HVAC/Refrigeration)
