In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping the infrastructure that powers our nation’s air traffic management running flawlessly.
What You Will Do
Monitor, maintain, and optimize physical facilities, including generators, HVAC systems, racks, cabling, and site security to ensure near-perfect uptime. Lead installation, testing, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment such as switches, routers, and fiber-optic cabling. Maintain and troubleshoot critical DC power systems, rectifiers, and battery backups to support mission-critical operations.

Requirements
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- 8+ years of experience in facilities engineering/management.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required OR we can accept an additional 4 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in HVAC, power distribution, cabling standards, and building infrastructure.
- Experience reviewing technical designs and contractor work for compliance with standards.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety frameworks for critical infrastructure.
- Background in physical security standards for facilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Benefits
- Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000
- Overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
