Role OverviewThe Supreme Court of Ohio is seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Technician II to join our Facilities Management team at the Thomas J. Moyer Ohio Judicial Center. This position performs a wide variety of maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities within a large, complex Class A high-rise facility.
What You Will Do
Perform general building maintenance involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, and other building systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and mechanical equipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of building maintenance or skilled-trades experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently perform general maintenance and moderately complex repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building-system problems
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, meters, and other maintenance equipment
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation
- Valid Ohio driver's license
