Job Description
Facilities Technician maintains and repairs a facility's physical infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as grounds. Duties will include performing preventive maintenance, responding to repair requests, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing external contractors.

Requirements

  • HVAC experience (3 years preferred)
  • Building maintenance experience (3 years preferred)
  • Universal refrigeration license and/or other trade licenses (A/C, electrical, plumbing) preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
