Job Description
The Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager in day-to-day activities of managing all Adelante Healthcare facilities, fleet maintenance, services and support.
Requirements
Two (2) years of related facilities/maintenance experience
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Knowledge and/or exposure to facilities planning and construction management processes and procedures
Skill in diagnosing problems/recommending solutions in basic mechanical equipment
Computer literate and experienced using current Microsoft Office applications
Experience/knowledge of security systems
An understanding and/or knowledge of all related Health Safety and OSHA regulations
Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioral health locations
