Role OverviewThe Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility systems, utilities, and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. This role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, material handling equipment, and other facility-related assets. The Facilities Technician works closely with production and safety teams to support manufacturing operations.
What You Will Do
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems and infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including water lines, fixtures, drains, pumps, and related equipment. Monitor facility conditions and identify opportunities for improvements, repairs, and cost savings.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance
- Experience maintaining forklifts or other industrial material handling equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
