What You Will Do
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of repair procedures and practices related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general building and machine repairs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have the physical capability to stand, walk, reach, climb, ascend/descend stairs and ladders, and lift and/or carry 1-15 pounds for a maximum of six to eight hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable)
- Two (2) year experience in building maintenance
