Job Description
Responsible for completing tasks with minimum supervision, reporting any conditions affecting building services and safety, and following guidelines for general maintenance practices.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years general maintenance experience
  • Valid NYS Driver's License
  • Broad mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge and experience
  • Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Lifting requirement of 50lbs
