Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Facility maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Computer skills including tablet use, e-mail, word processing and spreadsheet programs
• Excellent analytical ability and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of staff and physicians
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work as a team member
• Ability to follow instruction and perform tasks in a timely manner without direct supervision
