Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and environmentally sound operation and maintenance of the buildings, including coordination of service and/or repair for various systems and duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Facility maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer skills including tablet use, e-mail, word processing and spreadsheet programs
  • Excellent analytical ability and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with a diverse group of staff and physicians
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
