Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe and secure operation and maintenance of the buildings, performing maintenance services and repairs, and adhering to safety and security protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Facility maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer skills including tablet use, e-mail, word processing and spreadsheet programs
  • Excellent analytical ability and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with a diverse group of staff and physicians
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to follow instruction and perform tasks in a timely manner without direct supervision
