Role OverviewThe facilities helper will travel from location to location and complete various duties such as groundskeeping, moving of furniture, boxes, power washing, salting, shoveling, etc. assist the Maintenance department as needed.
What You Will Do
Perform a variety of grounds keeping services, operate equipment, shovel snow, transport equipment, and maintain all equipment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions, ability to exert up to 50lbs, and ability to operate equipment such as weed trimmers, pruning saw, loppers, etc.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required
- Must be 18 years of age or older required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Qualified candidate must have their own reliable transportation
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to occasionally exert up to 50lbs
