Job Description
Havenly Brands is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain a network of retail stores and corporate office, ensuring efficient operation, safety, and adherence to brand standards. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on problem-solving, focusing on managing vendor relationships, overseeing renovations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position is a full-time, in-person position based at Havenly's NoMad office in New York City.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of facilities or property management experience
  • Proven experience managing vendors, maintenance schedules, and facilities budgets
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel to retail locations as needed
  • Eligible to work in the United States
