Role OverviewThe Facility and Engineering Supervisor oversees the day-to-day maintenance, reliability, and performance of facility and utility systems supporting manufacturing and business operations. The role supports critical infrastructure including HVAC, classified AHUs, electrical distribution, plumbing, compressed air, process gases, WFI systems, and building management systems while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the site.
What You Will Do
Maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, AHUs, chillers, boilers, compressed air, and building utilities. Oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of clean utility systems, including Water for Injection (WFI), classified Air Handling Units (AHUs), compressed air systems, and process gas distribution networks.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device setting
- Minimum of 2-4 years of supervisory or team leader experience
