Job Description
The Facility and Inventory Specialist provides logistical operations support and technical assistance to the Texas Education Agency. This role involves coordinating and performing various agency support functions, including mail processing, property, asset, and staff relocation, receiving, inventory and storage support, and coordination of building maintenance.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Experience in logistical operations support activities, move management, and related duties
  • Experience with Smartsheet, the Asset Management, Inventory and/or Purchasing modules in the Centralize Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS), and TxFS
  • Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting supplies and materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
