Role OverviewThe Facility Designer I is an essential member of the HDR O&M Facilities Design staff responsible for developing project deliverables. This role requires self-motivation, creativity, and innovation, with the ability to be a team player in an international, employee-owned A/E firm.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include facility programming, report writing, site master planning, developing specifications and construction documents, and conducting construction field observations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, industrial design or related
- Command of Revit and AutoCAD, and knowledge of SketchUp
- Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
- Working knowledge of LOD 300 requirements
