Role Overview

As a Facility Designer I at HDR, you will be an essential member of the O&M Facilities Design staff, responsible for developing project deliverables. You will work on facility programming, report writing, site master planning, and other design tasks. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively interact with clients.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibilities will include facility programming, report writing, site master planning, developing specifications and construction documents, and conducting construction field observations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, industrial design or related
  • Command of Revit and AutoCAD, and knowledge of SketchUp
  • Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
  • Working knowledge of LOD 300 requirements
