Job Description

Michaels Organization is seeking a Facilities Director to oversee all aspects of facilities maintenance and operations for the Pacific Beacon Naval Base. The role involves leading a team of maintenance staff, managing projects and repairs, ensuring policy compliance, and ensuring quality customer service. The Facility Director will work closely with the Community Director and all team members to achieve company objectives and maintain facility standards.
