Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior facility maintenance, custodial, groundskeeping, or property maintenance experience
  • Basic understanding of maintenance practices, including minor plumbing, electrical, and repair work
  • Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and maintenance tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
