Role OverviewThe Facility Integrity Manager leads and manages the Mechanical Integrity (MI) Program for NG&NGL Services assets, owning the Mechanical Integrity element of the corporate Process Safety Management (PSM) standard and ensuring compliance with OSHA PSM (29 CFR 1910.119). This role provides strategic and technical leadership to reduce risk, improve asset reliability, and drive continuous improvement across the NG&NGL asset base.
What You Will Do
Manages G&P Facility Integrity Group ensuring Mechanical Integrity (MI) program compliance with industry regulations and company initiatives for covered assets. Evaluates effectiveness of MI and other risk-based programs through failure analysis and incident investigations and determines new initiatives or improvement opportunities for all assets.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10 years of engineering, maintenance, and/or reliability experience in the oil and gas industry, and 5 years of leadership experience. Experience with and certifications in API, ASME, and other industry codes is preferred.
