Role OverviewThe Facility Manager is responsible for maintaining Senior LIFE's high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and general maintenance. This role requires a strong work ethic, team-focused attitude, and outstanding analytical thinking skills. The candidate will oversee the facilities and environmental services arm of the center, developing and implementing goals and objectives for the Environmental Services Department.
What You Will Do
The Facility Manager will handle new problems/situations efficiently and effectively, research and recommend facilities equipment and supplies, arrange fire drills and training staff and members in critical disaster safety procedures, and maintain and repair homebound members' medical equipment.
