Job Description
The Facility Maintenance Specialist 2 will perform a variety of tasks including inspecting, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring systems, fixtures, controls, and equipment. The position will also perform minor repairs and routine preventative maintenance to HVAC and mechanical room equipment, including rooftop units, dormitory systems, boilers, and circulation pumps.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of post-secondary training in facilities maintenance technology, industrial trades technology, or comparable training program
  • 3 years of experience in construction/building maintenance that included carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
  • Valid commercial driver license for operating motorized equipment regulated by Ohio Revised Code
  • Valid driver license for operating state vehicle
