Job Description
The Facility Maintenance Specialist 2 inspects, installs, maintains, and repairs electrical wiring systems, fixtures, controls, and equipment. They also perform minor repairs and routine preventative maintenance on HVAC and mechanical room equipment.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of post-secondary training in facilities maintenance technology, industrial trades technology, or comparable training program
  • 3 years of experience in construction/building maintenance that included carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
  • Valid commercial driver license (if operating motorized equipment regulated by Ohio Revised Code)
  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification Course
  • Valid driver license (if required to operate state vehicle)
