Job Description
Facility Maintenance Supervisor I oversees day-to-day building operations, supervises maintenance staff, and ensures a safe and well-maintained environment for tenants. Responsible for building management, maintenance services, and compliance with building and health codes.

Requirements

  • Manage day-to-day building functions and supervise the maintenance and housekeeping staff
  • Manage building complexities that includes building management system requiring training and ongoing maintenance
  • Coordinate, dispatch, and verify work performed both physically and via the work order system
  • Respond to emergency calls and rectify existing conditions
  • Maintain inspection logs for standpipe/sprinkler; maintenance logs; and all federal, state, and city regulations
