Role OverviewThe Facilities Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing essential preventive maintenance and repair of building plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including refrigeration, and A/C units.
What You Will Do
Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities, diagnose equipment issues, train other maintenance personnel, and perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have at least 2 years of vocational training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC or plumbing, possess a specific certification in a skilled trade or system, and be able to pass a Federal Aviation Administration background check and a drug test.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have at least 2 years of vocational training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC or plumbing or any combination
- Must possess a specific certification in a skilled trade or system
- Experience performing Preventative Maintenance (PM’s) on equipment
- Professional Painting experience is a plus
- Commercial Carpentry experience is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license
