Perform light HVAC repairs, routine filter maintenance, and other general facility maintenance duties as needed.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, construction, property maintenance, or a related field
- Strong general handyman and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. and perform the physical duties associated with facility maintenance
- Dependable, organized, and willing to respond to changing facility needs
