Job Description
The Facility Manager will lead and guide a team of mechanics and pit crew, maintaining the upkeep of the building, grounds, and equipment, and partnering with the General Manager to align on priorities, projects, and budgets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of mechanic experience or equivalent training
  • 5+ years of experience maintaining building infrastructure
  • Experience in construction, maintenance, or facility operations
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools and troubleshooting equipment
  • High school diploma preferred
