Role OverviewWe are searching for a Facility Manager to create a safe and desirable work environment in order to produce an acceptable profit margin while excelling in service quality and maintaining regulatory compliance.
What You Will Do
Maintain safe and environmentally correct practices and procedures, provide training for tank technicians and office personnel, conduct safety audits, maintain building and grounds, and assist in the sales effort to increase revenues.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing P&L
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of management experience
- Experience managing a team in chemical manufacturing, transportation, or similar industry
- Has had responsibility for safety performance and EHS compliance
- Has experience in a customer facing / customer service role
- Has worked in a harsher environment (temperature, industrial, outdoor)
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable working in a variety of computer systems and technology
