Facility Manager

As a Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will be responsible for maintaining the center's facilities, including the lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and building systems. You will oversee daily repairs and maintenance, execute preventative maintenance schedules, and manage contractors, vendors, and facility budgets.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing and overseeing daily repair and maintenance, executing preventative maintenance schedules, serving as the on-site technical expert, and managing contractors, vendors, and facility budgets.

• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
