Role OverviewThe Facility Manager is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, safety, and efficiency of our building in McClellan, CA. This role ensures that the property is well-maintained, compliant with all applicable regulations, and provides a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for employees & visitors.
What You Will Do
Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the commercial building, develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements
