Job Description
The Facility Operations Supervisor will assist the Assistant Manager in implementing quality control measures, planning, and monitoring the work performed by Facility Services personnel. The supervisor will prioritize and assign work orders, conduct physical walk-throughs, and maintain inventory control of tools, supplies, equipment, and materials.

Requirements

  • Assist the Assistant Manager in implementing quality control measures
  • Prioritize and assign work orders
  • Conduct physical walk-throughs to ensure the quality of work performed
  • Maintain inventory control of tools, supplies, equipment, and materials
  • Perform administrative duties as required
  • Monitor time for assigned personnel and temporary labor
  • Participate in facility safety/recycling initiatives and committees
  • Interface all facility services in harmony with other internal functional departments
  • Assist external vendors and contractors in accordance with guidelines established by the MCCNO
